【仕事内容】

■業務内容

都市計画総合コンサルタント会社である同社にて、区画整理事業に係る事業化調査・検討から、事業認可策定、換地設計、認可後の事業運営までトータルで区画整理事業をコンサルティングしていただきます。

具体的には、事業者を側面から支援し、土地利用計画、調査測量、都市計画手続き、基盤設計、事業計画策定、換地設計、事務管理・処理、工事管理に携わっていただきます。

■働き方

・社内での意識改革にて、業務効率化などを進めおります。現状では時差出勤なども行い、ご自身の裁量をもって就業できるため、帰りにくいなどの雰囲気はございません。

・現状は残業時間20時間程度となります。社風としてワークライフバランスを重視しており、プライベートも充実させることができます。

・定年が63歳となりますが、65歳以上の方もご勤務頂いております。

・内勤が9割、外勤が1割程度のデスクワークが中心の業務となります。

・宿泊を伴う出張はございません。

■研修について

オンライン研修を毎週のように行っており、社員教育、資格取得支援の取り組みを行っております。

例えば、技術士の手当は 3 万円/月。合格お祝い金 20 万円。資格の登録費用や更新費用は全額会社負担となります。

試験代、研修費用等も全額~半額の補助制度があります。

【給与】

【想定年収】600万円~700万円(30歳~50歳:例)

【想定月収】340,000円~490,000円(30歳~50歳:例)
