仕事内容


スキンケア・メイクの処方設計から改良・検証を担当

当社の研究開発部門にて、スキンケア製品、メイクアップ製品の研究開発担当としてご活躍いただきます。

化粧品の研究開発に対して、積極的に経営資源を投下し、新製品の開発と既存製品の改良を行っております。

  • 主な業務内容:

・新製品の処方設計

・処方の選定

・処方の試作

・効果検証

・調整及び改良

・安全性試験の実施

・拡販に向けた関係部署との折衝

  • 部署内の雰囲気や平均残業時間、繁忙期について:

30~40代の管理職が多く在籍しており、コミュニケーションが取りやすく、働きやすい環境です。

残業は0の日もありますが、概ね1時間前後ある状況です。

資格


【必須】

・化粧品メーカー、もしくはOEMメーカーでの研究開発経験(3年以上)をお持ちの方

【歓迎】

・製品の安定性試験や安全性評価のご経験をお持ちの方

・化粧品に関連する国内外の規制対応経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間


実働時間:7時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~17:00(実働7時間)休憩1時間

※フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイム:11:00~15:00)

フレキシブルタイム:7:00~15:00、15:00~20:00

※在宅勤務制度(週2回まで)

休日


完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、夏季休暇制度、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休業、介護休暇、子の看護休暇など

年間有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

給与


月給 24万円~32万円

(一律手当を含む)

交通費:交通費支給

年収:440円~590万円

月給:24万円~32万円(日給月給制/20日間勤務想定)

※経験・能力を考慮し、当社規定により決定します

※上記金額には残業代は含まず
