病院の"顔"として、チーム医療を支えるやりがいあるお仕事です

医療事務スタッフは病院の売上や運営に直結する重要な役割を担っています。未経験の方も安心してスタートできる教育体制が整っており、スキルを身につけながら長く働ける環境です。

その中でもこちちらの求人は「入院請求担当」であり、主に入院請求事務のお仕事となります。

【具体的な業務内容】

・入院請求事務

・電話対応

・資料作成、書類管理

・その他付随業務

  • 求める人物像・スキル

・未経験の方でも、マニュアルもありしっかりと学べる環境が整っています。

①入職1か月:書類・流れ中心

②2〜3か月:先輩同席で入院入力

③6か月後:独り立ち

①~③までのプロセスを踏んで、ご自身のスキルをしっかりと磨いていけます。

・医療事務経験者は尚可

・コツコツと丁寧に業務に取り組める方

急性期の病院運営の中でも、重要なポジションであり、チーム医療の一員として医師や看護師をサポートできます。もちろん急性期の病院のため忙しい時期はありますが、入院担当専任(外来・レセプト兼務なし)としてチーム制で業務を行っていただくため、1人で抱えず自分のスキルを伸ばしていただけます。中でも入院請求事務に挑戦するメリットとしては

入職の際のご負担を軽減するため、 医療事務としてのご経験2年以上 で即戦力としてご活躍いただける、また2026年4月末までにご入職可能な方に限り、 【入職支度金50,000円】 をご準備いたします。

【進呈条件】

・3か月間勤務を継続し本採用となったこと

・3か月経過後も継続勤務の見込があること

※進呈は、入職者の 本採用が決定してからの直近の賞与支給時にお支払い いたします

資格・ライセンス


高卒以上

新卒・中途とも喫煙者の採用は致しておりません。

資格取得の応援あり、資格手当あり。

※診療報酬請求事務能力認定試験、診療情報管理士いずれかの資格を取得されている方は資格証写しをご送付下さい。
