営業事務・営業アシスタント業務のお仕事

《具体的には…(雇入れ直後)》

  • 売上・仕入データの入力

・パソコンで売上・仕入金額を入力

・入力したデータをもとに営業資料を作成

  • 見積書の作成

※フォーマットがあるため未経験でも安心

  • 受発注業務

・自社システムを使用して受注・発注処理

※入力後は伝票として自動で印刷されます

  • 電話対応

※取次ぎ・受注内容のヒアリング

  • 入出庫管理

・お客様が商品を引き取りに来社された際の対応

・伝票確認や商品の受け渡し管理

取り扱う商品は、住宅設備機器や

パイプ・バルブなどの配管資材です。

未経験の方でも先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートするので

安心してスタートできます

交通費:交通費支給

最大1,500円/日、3万円/月支給
