仕事内容:
金沢区を中心とした、賃貸営業アドバイザーを募集します。金沢区周辺で住宅や店舗などをお探しのお客様にピッタリの物件をお探ししご紹介・ご案内します。
ご紹介やリピーターのお客様、インターネットからの反響営業になりますので、テレアポ営業や飛び込み営業は行いません。
個人ノルマは無く、チーム制なのでみんなで目標達成を目指します。
自社管理物件や保有物件の家賃管理や営繕巡回も行います。

賃貸営業経験者や宅建士歓迎、社会復帰を目指す主婦の方など、熱意と向上心のある方をお待ちしています。
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間:9時30分~18時30分(残業はほとんどありません)
休暇・休日:
完全週休二日/年間休日120日
毎週火曜日・水曜日、年末年始・GW・夏季休暇各一週間
☆GW・夏季・年末年始は一週間しっかり休めます
☆土日の有給休暇も取得しやすい環境です
☆年間休日120日+有給休暇10日=合計130日
