電話、ファックス、メールで届いたすべての予約リクエスト、変更、キャンセルを処理する。ゲストのリザベーションニーズを確認し、適切な客室タイプを決定する。客室タイプと料金の空き状況を確認する。保証、特別料金、キャンセルのポリシーについて予約者へ説明する。特別なリクエストに対応し、記録する。ホテルの設備やサービス、客室に関する質問にお答えする。収益を最大化するためのセールステクニックに従う。予約システムにアクセスし、データを入力する。予約システムに正しいコードと料金を入力し、特別な客室予約タイプ(無料宿泊、従業員割引、旅行代理店の視察料金、ホールセール予約など)を示す。ゲストの懸念に対処する際、適切な段階手順に従う。
