仕事内容


介助や相談支援を通じて生活をサポート&社会参加を応援チームで協力し、その人らしさを尊重しています。

未経験で違う業界・職種から転職してきた先輩もたくさんいます障がいのある方への介助や相談支援、日常生活のサポートが主な業務。創作や生産活動の機会を提供することで、社会参加も支援しています。チームで協力し、「自分らしく」いられることを大切にする環境です。

幅広い年齢層の方が活躍中「誰かのために働きたい」「人の役に立つ仕事がしたい」気持ちが大切です。

生活支援員として、ご利用者様の暮らしをサポートする仕事です。必要なのは普通免許(AT限定可)だけ。社会福祉士や介護福祉士、保育士などの資格があれば尚歓迎。世の中に必要とされる仕事で、新しい環境に挑戦しませんか?

※夜勤がある場合は、平均月4回17:40~翌9:40(休憩150分)、または他の勤務時間帯もあります。
