仕事内容


【Mobile Software Engineer(プラットフォーム開発部)】最高の開発基盤を。

【仕事内容】

特定のプロダクトに閉じることなく、組織全体の「当たり前品質」を定義・実現し、開発プロセスを最適化し、全エンジニアの技術力を底上げする、まさに「エンジニアのためのエンジニア」です。

<具体的な業務内容>

  • 開発プロセスの標準化と改善

・組織横断での開発ガイドラインやコーディング規約の策定、およびその浸透と遵守を促す仕組み(Linter、静的解析ツール等)の導入

・各プロダクトチームの開発プロセスを可視化・分析し、ボトルネックを特定。全体の生産性を向上させるためのプロセス改善を主導

・技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計における意思決定プロセスを標準化し、組織としての技術的判断の質と速度を高める

  • 品質の醸成と仕組み化

・組織全体の「当たり前品質」の基準を定義し、それを達成するための戦略的なロードマップを策定・実行

・ユニットテスト、UIテスト戦略の立案と、テスト自動化フレームワークの導入・推進。テストカバレッジの可視化など、品質を定量的に測定し、継続的に改善する仕組みの構築

・技術的負債を可視化し、プロダクトチームと連携しながら計画的な返済を推進する文化とプロセスの醸成

・特定された技術的負債について、プロダクトチームと連携しながら計画的な返済を主導・実行する

  • 組織横断での技術支援と能力向上

・各プロダクトチームが直面する高度な技術的課題に対するコンサルテーションや、解決が困難な問題へのハンズオン/ペアプロ/モブプロでの実装支援

・ドキュメンテーション文化の推進

・Apple社の最新技術動向(WWDC発表内容など)をキャッチアップし、組織全体に共有。プロダクトへの応用可能性を検討し、導入を支援する

  • 技術基盤の設計と開発

・複数のiOSアプリケーションで共通して利用可能なライブラリ、フレームワーク、コンポーネント群の設計、開発、および運用

・認証、API通信、UIコンポーネントなどの共通機能をパッケージ化し、各プロダクトチームが本質的な価値開発に集中できる環境の構築

・CI/CDパイプラインの継続的な改善、ビルド時間の高速化、デプロイプロセスの自動化など、開発者体験(Developer Experience)を向上させるためのあらゆる施策の推進

  • AI技術の戦略的活用と導入推進

・GitHub Copilotなどの生成AIツールを全社的に活用し、コード生成、レビュー、テスト作成の効率化を推進。組織全体の開発生産性を向上させる。
