新設されるMFTBCグループ連結決算チームに所属し、主にMFTBCグループ連結決算業務を担当していただきます。

• 四半期、年次財務報告(IFRS基準)のための連結決算プロセスを監督し、財務数値の正確性を確保する。

• 連結財務諸表および関連開示サポート資料の作成をリードする。

• 組織内の財務チーム(税務、財務、単体決算、管理会計)と協力し、連結に必要なデータを収集する。

• 連結会計ポリシーおよび手順書を開発/改善・実施し、チームの効率性を向上させる。

• 連結財務結果を分析し、トレンドや変動に関する洞察を経営陣に提供する。

• 外部監査人との監査プロセスを調整し、監査対応を効率的・効果的に実施、問題の迅速な解決を確保する。

• 連結決算に必要な最新の会計基準やベストプラクティスの変更について最新情報を把握する。

• 必要に応じてMFTBCの単体決算の支援をする。

You will be part of the newly established MFTBC Group Consolidation Team, primarily responsible for MFTBC Group consolidated financial closing operations.

Your main responsibilities are

-Oversee the consolidated closing process for quarterly and annual financial reporting (IFRS standards) to ensure the accuracy of financial figures.

-Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosure support materials.

-Collaborate with the financial teams within the organization (tax, finance, standalone closing, management accounting) to collect the data necessary for consolidation.

-Develop, improve, and implement consolidated accounting policies and procedures to enhance team efficiency.

-Analyze consolidated financial results and provide insights on trends and variances to management.

-Coordinate the audit process with external auditors, ensuring efficient and effective audit responses and prompt resolution of issues.

-Stay updated on changes to the latest accounting standards and best practices necessary for consolidated closing.

-Support the standalone closing of MFTBC as needed.
