【仕事内容】

・お食事の準備や配膳、食事中の見守りやサポート

・入浴の際の声かけや見守り、必要に応じた介助

・トイレへのご案内や、おむつ交換など日常生活のお手伝い

・起床時や就寝前の身支度のサポート

・お部屋や共有スペースの簡単な清掃、環境を整えるお仕事

・利用者様との日常会話や、穏やかなコミュニケーション

・その日の体調や様子を共有するための簡単な記録業務

※従来型施設のため、フロア全体でチームとなって支え合います。

※困ったときはすぐに周りのスタッフに相談できる環境です。

※未経験の方も、できることから少しずつお任せします。

求めている人材


資格や経験は問いません。

「誰かの役に立つ仕事がしたい」

そんな気持ちがあれば、十分なスタートラインです。

未経験の方や、しばらく現場を離れていた方も大歓迎。

最初から完璧を求めることはありません。

先輩スタッフがそばでサポートしながら、できることを少しずつ増やしていけます。

介護施設での勤務経験がある方、資格をお持ちの方は、

これまで積み重ねてきたご経験をしっかり評価します。

落ち着いた環境で、もう一度じっくり利用者様と向き合いたい方にも向いています。

日々の記録などで、簡単な文字入力をお願いする場面がありますが、

難しい操作はありません。

基本的なパソコン操作に抵抗がなければ大丈夫です。

「無理なく、長く続けたい」

そんな想いを、大切にできる方をお待ちしています。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

【勤務時間】

①7:30〜16:30(休憩60分)

②10:00〜19:00(休憩60分)

③16:20〜翌9:20(休憩120分)

※夜勤の希望回数がある方は面接時にご相談ください。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万2000円 〜 29万3000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・夜勤手当5,000円/回

・資格手当3,000円〜5,000円

・住宅手当3,000円〜10,000円

・処遇手当38,000円

月収202,000円~293,000円

※夜勤4回込み(1回5,000円)
