Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to work closely with Utility Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
As Senior Civil Engineer, your key tasks are as follows:
Plan and supervise construction to ensure quality according to engineering standards.
Supervise the design, drawing, installation and construction of projects.
Appraise construction costs and compare cost of construction.
Inspect and control the contractor's performance.
Check for acceptance of work in line with engineering standards.
Coordinating with government agency to request relevant permissions for construction project.
Coordinating with other departments and report the results of operations to the management.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience project management in industrial/factory environment will be preferred.
Having Civil Engineering license will be advantage.
Having knowledge related factory laws and basic electrical knowhow will be an added advantage.
Good computer operating skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Hands on experience in using AutoCAD program.
Good command of English – speak, read, write.
Skill & Knowledge
The potential talent must have understanding of projects' conceptual designs and drawings (civil), knowing the subcontractor's scope of work, coordinating with contractors to solve challenges and project management skills.
