【職務概要】

セールスの活動計画を立案・実行し、所属組織の方針に基づいた担当製品の適正使用を推進することで、自社製品の価値を最大化し、業績目標を達成する。

【主な職務内容】

  • 事業部、所属エリアの目標・戦略・戦術を理解し、自分自身で自己の計画を策定し、上 ⻑の確認・承認の下、それを実行する。
  • 自己の業務における問題点やその原因を把握し、課題を見出し解決策を立案し、実行す る。
  • 既存の方法に加え、担当する顧客(施設)の要求事項に応じて、新しい手法を導入し解決する。また、チームメンバーや本社並びに関連する各部門と共同して行うプロジェク トに参画する。
  • 社内ツールを活用し、適宜上⻑に報告、相談を行う。
  • 専門領域において、必要十分なレベルの知識を有している。(MR 資格を有していると 望ましい)
  • 業界の動向や担当する医療機関などの情報を有しており、業務に活用する。
  • チームがより効率的に業務を遂行できるように、メンバーに対する上⻑の指導や育成 を支援する。 セールスの基本業務(業務の流れ、勉強会の実施方法、プレゼンテーションのチェック、 PC 操作、各種手続き等)について、トレーナーとして中途入社者を指導する。
  • チームメンバーが効果的に業務を遂行できるよう、建設的な提案を行い、チームワーク やモチベーションを高めることに貢献する。
  • チームの業務上の問題解決に協力する。
  • 効率よく業務を遂行するために、社内関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを取り、信頼 関係を構築する。
  • コンプライアンス規定や業界のルールを順守し、誠実に行動する。
  • セールスとして必要な知識を習得、あるいは常にアップデートする。

    • 【求められる経験・スキル・知識】

  • MR 認定資格(有していれば望ましい)
  • 病院向け医薬品(領域不問)もしくは医療機器の営業経験
  • 交渉力、分析力、論理的思考力、課題抽出力、計画策定&実行力コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
  • 分析力、計画策定・実行力、コミュニケーションスキル
