仕事内容


加硫工程、整形工程、検査工程のいづれか一工程を担当していただきます。

【加硫工程】

加硫機の操作(ゴムを溶かして型に流し込む)、加硫後のバリ取り(出来上がった防振ゴムの形を整える)、治具の取付け(防振ゴムの型を取り付ける)

車のエンジン周りとタイヤ周りに取り付けられるゴム部品の製造業務です。

車が走行する際に振動を吸収する用途に用いられる部品です。

※高温職場になりますがスポットクーラーが作業場内にあります。

【整形工程】

加硫工程から流れてきた部品を加工して仕上げます。

加硫工程で出来上がったゴムや金属部品の加工をします。

【検査工程】

寸法、強度、耐熱、バネの検査を行います。

結果のデータ入力も行います。
