In this role, you will be responsible for the development of our in-house services aimed at promoting municipal DX, as well as other DX development projects. Depending on your experience and preferences, you may also be entrusted with leadership and management tasks. Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Permanent

Location: Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku,Tokyo , Japan, Sunwest Yamanote Building 4th Floor Depending on the project, you may be stationed at client sites (mainly in Tokyo).

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY

• Salary increase available
• Bonuses twice a year

Allowances:

• Commuting Allowance (Up to: ¥50,000 per month)
• Telecommuting Support Allowance (Up to: ¥5,000 per month)

Hours: 9:30 ~ 18:30 (Break Time: 60 minutes)

• Actual Working Hours: 8 hours
• Night shifts: As needed
• Monthly average overtime hours: 10 hours or less

Flexible working hours between 9:30 and 10:00 for arrival. The above is for headquarters employees; the schedule may vary depending on the client's location.
