What Does the Role Involve?

Repair Standards, Competence & Lifecycle

  • Drive the implementation of repair standards and ensure targets (COGS, time, quality) alignment with global goals
  • Monitor repair standards and define actions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver repair trainings for defined product groups and ensure sustainable repair competence management in the service area
  • Prepare for new product launches including rolling forecasts, training, toolings, setup, and spare parts
  • Coordinate EWS & Q-sensing regionally in collaboration with BU quality and OAE
  • Implement repair modifications in the service area in coordination with the local Tool Service Centre (TSC) team and OAE
  • Coordinate repair phase-out within the SA and OAS
  • Ensure maintenance equipment plans for all TSCs in SA adhere to global standards (measuring maintenance plans, testing equipment calibration)

Regional Roadmap & Project Management

  • Contribute to defining and locally executing the regional roadmap aligned with SA, TSC & OAE
  • Execute selected projects from the regional roadmaps
  • Qualify and consolidate feedback from TSCs to OAE on technical repair topics
  • Collect and provide regional input to design services throughout the lifecycle
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing workplace set-ups according to global standards (toolings, methods), and LEAN methods in the region
  • Establish strong collaboration within the service area leadership & OAE team to build a high-performing global team community

    What You Need:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field of study
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical setting, preferably within an international/multicultural environment
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of service operations, showcasing a track record of operational excellence and continual improvement
    • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin/Japanese/Korean/Cantonese would be a bonus
