What you can learn from this experience:

• Through this internship, you will gain real, solid working experience in financial planning and analysis for luxury business.

Main responsibilities:

• Support BPC Manager in financial planning and analysis of Jewelry brands
• Responsible for drafting and distributing weekly/monthly retail/product/expense reports
• Support BPC manager in closing routines and analysis
• Produce monthly market reports for key competitors for COO/GMs
• Support stock taking and other controllership routines
• Help publish budget PL figures

We are looking for someone who is/has:

• Interests in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function for future career
• Interests in retail/luxury business would be a plus
• Good excel skill (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) to be required, PowerPoint skill appreciated
• Familiarity in SAP/experience in database is a plus
• Ability and willingness to deep dive into figures to understand growth/variance drivers
• Able to enjoy planning and analysis, must be able to communicate with other functions
• Fluent in Japanese, some business writing in English required

Others:

• At least 6 months, with potential extension up to 1 year
• 3-5 days a week (*Mandatory attendance for every Monday and week 1 of every month)
