求める人材:

• Teaching certification or equivalent experience
• Native level proficiency in English
• Experience teaching English as a Second Language to individuals or groups of all ages and levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and techniques, and ability to adapt to student needs and learning styles
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans, and use technology and multimedia resources to enhance instruction
• Authorization to work in Japan, and willingness to complete additional training and professional development as required
• Experience living or working in Japan or other non-English speaking countries is a plus

勤務時間・曜日:

Work Hours & Schedule We offer a flexible yet structured environment. Your day is divided between creative preparation and active teaching.

• Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (approx.)
• Preparation & Admin: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Brainstorming, lesson design using AI tools, and documentation).
• Core Lesson Hours: 3:15 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (approx.)
• Core Lesson Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Days Off: 2 days per week (Shift-based or fixed depending on contract).
• Overtime: We value well-being; overtime is minimal as we encourage using efficient tools (like AI) to streamline your prep work.

• Most holidays are off
• Time off for Christmas and New Years is given
• Time off for Golden Week and Obon Week is given

• Parking is available
• Smoking is prohibited

給与:

250,000 ¥ - 350,000 ¥ per month

Commute allowance: up to 20,000yen per month
