中途採用担当【採用戦略・企画/SHIFTグループ/リモートメイン/攻めの人事】

【仕事内容】

事業成長の根幹を担う、中途採用業務全般をお任せします。単なる採用オペレーションに留まらず、採用戦略の立案や業務プロセスの改善、仕組みづくりといった上流工程にも挑戦できるポジションです。アシスタントメンバーが別途在籍しているため、専門性の高い業務に集中できる環境が整っています。

【具体的な業務内容】

採用実務から企画・戦略領域まで、幅広くご担当いただきます。

  • 採用実務

・書類選考、人材紹介会社とのリレーション構築

・候補者対応(メール・電話での連絡、面談前後のフォローなど)

・面接日程の調整

・スカウト媒体の運用(ターゲット選定、文面作成・改善、ABテストの実施)

・各種レポート作成(選考歩留まり分析、施策の効果測定など)

※年間採用人数:100名程度

※採用職種:エンジニア9割、その他(営業、採用、事務など)1割

エンジニアの採用がメインですが、入社時点では知識がなくても問題ありません。

先輩や現場のエンジニアに聞いたり、自ら調べたりして徐々に知識をつけていくことが可能です。

実際に全く技術知識がない方も活躍されています

  • 企画・戦略・改善

・採用戦略の立案(採用計画策定、チャネル戦略、ターゲット設計)

・面接プロセスの改善(評価基準の策定、歩留まり向上施策の企画・実行)

・エージェントマネジメント(定期的な情報共有会や勉強会の実施)

・採用広報(求人票の改善、掲載媒体の選定、露出企画の立案)

・採用データ分析(母集団形成から内定承諾までの課題特定と改善)

・新規採用スキームの構築(部門主導採用、ダイレクトリクルーティング、リファラル採用の推進)

【入社後の流れについて】

入社後はまず、業務のキャッチアップに専念していただきます。そのため、入社後約1ヶ月間は業務習得のため、藤沢本社へ出社いただく可能性があります。その後は徐々にリモートワークへと移行し、裁量を持って業務に取り組んでいただきます。

事業の成長に伴い、それを支える人材の採用は経営における最重要テーマの一つです。年間採用数や採用チャネルも増加しており、採用力のさらなる強化が急務となっています。そこで今回、採用実務を正確に遂行するだけでなく、戦略立案や仕組みづくりにも主体的に関与できる採用担当者を募集することになりました。

勤務地: 神奈川県藤沢市藤沢484-1 藤沢アンバービル4階

アクセス:JR線「藤沢駅」北口より徒歩約2分

  • 将来的に従事する可能性のある場所 本社および全ての支社、営業所
  • 転勤あり 転勤基本なし※ただし部署異動、組織再編、事業所移設などに伴う転勤可能性あり
  • リモートワークあり(出社あり、週4〜5日リモートOK)

出社頻度は月1回〜2回程度です。

※入社初月は業務キャッチアップのため、フル出社となる可能性があります。

※基本はリモートワークですが、「明日、対面面談が入ったので出社」といった突発的な要請に柔軟に対応いただく必要があります。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均16時間

【給与】

350万円〜550万円

月給制 基本給270000円〜

残業代全額支給
