【仕事内容】
急成長する軽貨物配送事業において、指定エリアのマネジメント全般をお任せします。

現場進行・問題発見・改善実施
育成・教育・フォローアップ
月次・週次の報告・ミーティング対応

≪お仕事の流れ≫
最初の半年間は、仕事の全体像を把握していただくために、
ドライバー業務から入っていただきます
◆ドライバーの1日
① 指定された集荷拠点で商品を受け取る
↓
② 配送スケジュールに沿って効率的にルートを走行
↓
③ 配送先で荷物の受け渡し、納品完了の確認
↓
④業務終了、報告を終えたら自宅へ直帰
