仕事内容
個別化医療の研究を支える検討・実験の補佐職
がんの早期発見や一人ひとりに合わせた医療を実現するための
検査の開発に向けて、大学病院等全国の共同研究先との共同研究における
各種検討・実験を研究員と連携しながら実施いただきます。
・尿検体からのエクソソーム・miRNAの抽出/精製
・NGS(次世代シーケンサー)を用いたmiRNAの解析
・miRNA/タンパク質の定量分析 等
資格
【必須】
理系分野の短大卒・専門学校卒・大学卒又はそれ以上の方。
またはそれと同等以上の科学分野での実験作業に関する実務経験を有する方。
【歓迎】
・濃度計算やエクセル・パワーポイントを使用した実験結果取りまとめのご経験
・分子生物学実験のご経験
NGS、PCR・リアルタイムPCR解析、DNA精製, RNA精製、遺伝子導入、プラスミド取扱い等
勤務時間
実働時間:8時間/日
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日
時間外労働:月平均10時間未満 ※時間外勤務は基本ございません。
※時短勤務相談可能
休日
完全週休2日制(土日祝)、年末年始、年次有給(法定通り支給)、特別有給休暇・特別休暇
年間休日:120日以上
※特別有給休暇:入社後、最大5日間付与(1週間当たりの勤務日数に応じて変動)
※有給取得率100% 気兼ねなく有給取得可能

給与
月給 24万6000円以上
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり1万7422円(固定残業時間:10時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
法定内残業時間:10時間
想定年収:295万円~450万円
※ご経験・スキル・前職の年収等を考慮し当社規定により決定します
月給制の場合:月給246,000円(固定残業代10時間分:17,422円/月を含む)~
時給制の場合:時給1,500円~
交通費:交通費支給
・通勤手当:会社規定により支給
・残業手当:固定残業時間を超過した場合は実績に応じて支給
・時間外労働:月平均10時間未満 ※時間外勤務は基本ございません。
