【募集部門の紹介】

GMS Japan 光工場は山口県光市にあるタケダの主力生産工場で、光工場はグローバルの供給ネットワークの中でも重要な基幹工場としての役割を果たしており、出荷先は国内に限らずグローバルに製品を供給しています。

環境、健康、安全(Environment, Health, and Safety EHS)に確固たる基盤を気づくことは世界中の患者さんの健康に貢献するタケダのミッションの礎です。私たち光工場EHS室では、光工場の従業員及び地域社会の方々の健康・安全を守り、事業活動が環境の持続可能性に及ぼす影響を最小化するシステム(仕組み)を構築・推進することでタケダのミッションに寄与しています。

【職務内容】

光工場全体のEHS業務に従事し、特にプロセスセーフティ領域を担当


主な業務:
・プロセスセーフティ関連(約40%)

工場におけるプロセスセーフティ全般の推進・管理(既存設備含む)
粉塵爆発・引火性液体に関するリスク評価、対策立案・実施
安全設計・運用管理(粉体・可燃性物質・引火性液体設備)
PHA、HAZOP、LOPAなどのリスクアセスメント実施
社内教育(プロセスセーフティ関連)資料作成・実施
国内外EHS・プロセスセーフティ関連プロジェクトへの参画
電気安全プログラム(アークフラッシュ分析含む)の推進
上記に関連した他サイトのサポート

・法規対応(約20%):労働安全衛生法、消防法等に基づく届出・許認可対応

・ イベントマネジメント(約20%):原因分析・調査・対策策定

・EHSメンバーサポート(約20%):文書管理、規則改訂手続きなど

【必須条件】


学歴:
高専卒以上(化学、工学、プロセス安全関連分野が望ましい)


職務経験:
・ プロセスセーフティ業務経験10年以上 (EHS/HSE/安全衛生の業務経験を通算できる)

・ 粉塵爆発・引火性液体のリスク評価・対策経験

・ PHA、HAZOPなどのリスクアセスメント実務経験

・ SOP理解と教育資料作成能力

・国内法規・グローバル規則の理解と実装経験



スキル:
・ 基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)


言語:
・ 日本語(ネイティブレベル)

・英語(ビジネスレベル)

【望ましい条件】


学歴・資格:
・学士以上(労働安全衛生、化学工学、プロセス安全等)

・ ISO45001/14001、PSMに関する知識

・NEBOSH Process Safety Certificate、IChemE資格などの海外認証


専門知識:
・粉塵爆発試験・評価(Kst値測定等)、引火性液体危険性評価

・海外安全基準(OSHA/NFPA等)への精通

業務経験・

スキル:
・大規模事業場でのプログラム運営・ステークホルダー調整経験

・問題解決力、分析力、意思決定力

・柔軟性・変化対応力、積極性、自発性


語学・コミュニケーション:
・グローバルメンバー(エンジニアリング、EHS等)との協働経験
