仕事内容:
現在関わっている事業について
情報を整理し、進捗を確認し、見せ方を整える仕事です。
新しい事業を次々につくる仕事ではありません。
また、営業や新規契約を取る仕事でもありません。
現在、財務として複数の事業に関わっており、
一つひとつの事業を深く理解し、質を高めることを大切にしています。
そのために、以下のようなことを一緒に行ってもらいます。
- 事業の進捗状況の整理・共有
- 情報のまとめ直し(頭の中・メモ・資料など)
- 事業の見せ方・伝え方のアップデート
- 考えが散らかっているテーマの壁打ち・整理
会議室で机に向かうだけでなく、散歩をしたり、コーヒーを飲みながら話したり、
ときには軽く身体を動かしながら打合せをすることもあります。
