【主な職務内容】

製品戦略及びチームマネジメントを担います

• 新規および既存のサプライヤー、特にホテルや主要パートナーとの関係を構築し維持を図ります。
• サプライヤーとの契約を監督し、特にホテルとのパートナーシップに重点を置きます。
• ホテルやサプライヤーとの主な連絡窓口として、価格の不一致や品質問題を特定する等のトラブルシューティングから解決へと導き、円滑な運営と強力なパートナー関係の維持を図ります。
• プロダクトリーダーを監督し、チーム全体への指導、サポート、パフォーマンス管理を行います。
• リーダーやマネージャーと連携し、プロダクトチームの現実的なKPIと成功指標を定義しトラッキングします。
• トラベルビジネス部門のジェネラルマネージャーおよびトラベルマネージャーと連携し、部門の横断的な目標の整合を図り、部門間の連携を強化します。
• 他マネージャーと連携し、コンサルタント、コーディネーター、プロダクトというチーム間のコミュニケーションを改善するシステムを構築します。
• マネジメントチーム全体と連携し、日本全国で新たな体験、デスティネーション、サービスの開発を主導します。
• 米国チームと連携し、アドバイザーやゲストのニーズに合ったサービスの提供と、サービスの最新情報の明確な伝達を確保します。
• 製品およびサプライヤー情報の社内データベースの維持・拡張を主導し、最新のステータスを維持し、お客様の期待に応えるようにします。
• トラベルビジネス部門における製品トレーニングを監督します。
• トラベルビジネス部門長およびトラベルマネージャーと連携し、年間のインスペクションスケジュールの立案を行います。
• トラベルビジネス部門長と連携し、年間予算の立案を行います。

【必要な経験・スキルなど】

• 大学卒業以上
• 旅行業界またはホスピタリティ業での経験(3年以上)
• OA(Excel/Word/Powerpoint)の基本レベル以上
• 社内での英語でのコミュニケーション能力(Fluentレベル)
• 社内での日本語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
• 状況に応じて柔軟かつ適応力があること
• チームワークを発揮できること
• 日本で就労可能なVISAを保有していること。

【Key Responsibilities】

Lead of product strategy and team management

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers, particularly hotels and key partners.
• Oversee supplier contracting, with a particular focus on hotel partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels and suppliers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pricing discrepancies and quality issues, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Oversee the Product Leader & provide guidance, support, and performance management for the entire team.
• Collaborate with leaders and managers to define and track realistic KPIs and success metrics for the product team.
• Work with the Travel General Manager and Travel Manager to align cross-functional goals and improve coordination between departments.
• Work with other managers to create systems that improve communication between consultants, coordinators, and the product team.
• Lead the development of new experiences, destinations, and offerings across Japan in collaboration with the wider management team.
• Collaborate with the US team to ensure offerings are well-matched to advisor and guest demand, and product updates are clearly communicated.
• Lead the maintenance and expansion of the internal database of products and supplier information to ensure that it's current and aligned with guest expectations.
• Oversee product training within the Travel Business.
• Responsible for planning a yearly inspection schedule in collaboration with the Travel General Manager and the Travel Manager.
• Responsible for planning a yearly budget in collaboration with the Travel General Manager.

【Required experience and skills, etc.】

• University degree or above
• Experience in travel business or hospitality (minimum 3 years)
• Basic level of OA (Excel/Word/Powerpoint) or higher
• Ability to communicate in English within the company
• Ability to communicate in Japanese (Fluent)
• Flexible and adaptable to situations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Hold a visa that allows you to work in Japan
