This role will work closely with the business stakeholders, data analysts, IT teams and external vendors including global capabilities to understand the business needs, design the AI Business Case, and implement the AI models.
The role will also monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the solutions, and provide continuous improvement and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
・ Develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions for customer service and operations, such as chatbots, voice assistants/Conversational AI, natural language processing, and machine learning and deliver business value. ・ Design Processes using Business Process Re-engineering that will help enable AI solutions ・Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, IT teams and external vendors including global capabilities to understand the business requirements, define the AI scope, and design the AI architecture. ・Test, debug, and troubleshoot the AI solutions, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the AI outputs. ・Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI solutions, and provide reports and insights to the business stakeholders. ・Provide continuous improvement and optimization of the AI solutions, and incorporate feedback and new data sources. ・Research and explore new AI technologies and trends, and propose innovative and feasible AI solutions for the business. ・Document and share the AI best practices, standards, and guidelines, and provide
Qualifications:
・ At least 1 year of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions using various AI tools and frameworks. ・Experience and skills in at least one of the following areas (AI, data science or programming, such as natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, deep learning etc.) ・Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and able to handle complex and ambiguous situations. ・Fluent in both Japanese and English, and able to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders. ・Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative, and able to work independently and in a team. ・Passionate about AI and customer service, and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
