Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the day to day operation of sales gallery;
  • Assist in sales launch and execution of sales & marketing programs;
  • Conduct sales activities in accordance with the company's sales policies and goals;
  • Provide excellent sales service to potential customers;
  • Conduct market research and generate market intelligence report;
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with both internal and external parties, e.g. project management team, property agents, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Experience in property sales or hospitality industry preferred
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of Japanese and English/Mandarin
  • A self-starter and a good team player
  • Based in Niseko or Sapporo
