法人営業(リフォーム・原状回復工事)

【主な業務内容】

・管理会社への原状回復工事・リフォーム提案

・退去後の物件訪問、現地調査

・リフォーム内容の企画、見積書作成、顧客提出

・協力会社への工事依頼、進行管理、引き渡し

【業務の特徴】

・リピート率90%。既存顧客への対応中心

・商談設定は専門部署が担当、飛び込みなし

・営業から引き渡しまで一貫担当
