【業務内容】

放課後等デイサービスにて、お子さまの身体発達と日常動作の向上を目的としたリハビリを担当します。

運動遊び・バランスゲーム・協調運動など、楽しみながら取り組めるプログラムを通して、姿勢保持・体幹・手指の動きなどをサポート。

「できた」「やってみたい」という気持ちを育てるため、個別支援計画に基づいた段階的なリハを提供します。

保護者へのフィードバックや学校との連携も行い、継続的に成長を見守るやりがいある環境です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

13:00 出勤・個別支援計画の確認

14:00 お迎え・ウォーミングアップ

14:30 個別リハ(姿勢・協調・バランスなどの運動遊び)

15:30 グループ活動(集団運動・ゲーム型リハ)

16:30 保護者共有・フィードバック

17:00 記録・明日のプログラム作成

18:00 退勤
