【仕事内容】

ご契約いただいたクライアントの課題策定・分析・解決策の立案を行なうポジションです。裁量を持って取り組むことができるので、案件推進だけではなく将来的には事業開発や組織改善などにも携わることができます。

【具体的には】

入社後は、取り扱い商材に関する研修を受講(1週間程度)していただき、その後OJT研修に移ります。

研修後は10~15社ほどクライアントを担当していただきます。

また、既存サービスの改善などのプロジェクトの推進などもご自身の志向によっては担っていただきます。

・クライアントのWebマーケティングに関する課題策定と戦略提案

ー アカウントプランナーのヒアリング/提案情報をもとにWebマーケティング課題の整理

ー 3C分析などを用いてクライアントのビジネスモデル、事業フェーズ、組織体制の理解

・アナリストと連携し提案した施策の効果検証と改善策の提案

ー サイト分析(Google Analytics、ヒートマップなど)

【求める人材】

・SEOの改善に向けた検証、施策立案(5年以上)

・複数サイトのプロジェクトを同時進行で推進した経験

・プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験

・クライアントに対する新規または追加獲得提案などの顧客折衝経験

【歓迎】

・SEO以外のWebマーケティングに関する施策立案や運用の経験

・Webサイト制作におけるディレクター経験

・メンバーマネジメントの経験

【給与】

年収600~799万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
