管理会計およびドイツGAAP に準拠した外部報告のための適切な財務報告を行う。コーポレートガイドラインやGAAP 要件へ
のコンプライアンスを推進する。KPI には、財務報告および分析の妥当性、適時性、完全性、月末締め、予算計画の完全性、
ビジネスケースの評価、監査の結果などが含まれる。
【仕事内容】
- 社内各部門と連携し、定期的な財務報告(月次/年次決算)とリスクマネジメントを行う。

- 月次年次決算チェック:SAP 入力のミスを特定し、販売とアフターセールスからの正しい計上を推進する。

- 損益計算書と貸借対照表の主要項目(在庫、関連する未払金/繰延金)のための原価計算と管理報告(部門、
製品、顧客ビュー)の正確性を推進する。
- 月次コストセンター報告
- 年次監査(内部および外部)のサポート
- 企業標準レポートの活用
- グループ会計原則と財務管理ガイドラインを理解し、適用する。
関連するICS の定期的な統制を実施・監督し、必要に応じて是正措置を実施する。

To enable the financial success of Trump Japan and the Trumpf Group by providing insightful financial analysis and
guidance to management members and Group stakeholders.
Makes appropriate financial reporting for management accounting and external reporting in accordance with German
GAAP. Promote compliance with corporate guidelines and GAAP requirements. KPIs include adequacy, timeliness,
completeness, month-end closing, completeness of budget planning, evaluation of business cases, audit results, etc.
【Job description】

• Collaborate with each department in the company to perform regular financial reporting (monthly/annual

settlement) and risk management.

• Monthly annual financial check: Identify SAP input mistakes and promote correct accounting from sales and

after-sales.

• Promotes the accuracy of costing and control reporting (departmental, product, customer view) for the main

items of the income statement and balance sheet (inventory, related payables/deferrals);

• Monthly Cost Center Report
• Support for annual audits (internal and external)
• Utilization of corporate standard reports

Implement and supervise regular controls of relevant ICS and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Sample checks of compliance-related procedures with data screening

• Plan and execute financial planning and forecasting processes with a thorough understanding of financial success

factors.
