事業内容

都市ガスの供給販売、及び導管維持管理に係る保安業務。

ガス機器の販売、取り付け施工、及びメンテナンス。

住宅設備機器の販売、施工の他、ガス配管工事の施工も行っています。

・要普通自動車免許(仕事によって運転あり)

・未経験OK(入社時にガスの知識や資格は不要)

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・36歳未満(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり145時間

9:00~17:30(実働7時間15分)

※試用期間(3カ月)後、月に3回程度の宿直業務あり

休日休暇


・土・日・祝日 週休2日制

・夏季休暇5日(土日含む)

・年末年始7日(土日含む)

・メモリアル休暇1日/年

・年間休日128日(令和8年度予定)

※資格取得後は月1回程度の休日出勤があります。

※別途、有給休暇あり

※育児休業・介護休業の取得実績あり

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 以下の手当を月給以外に別途支給

・交通費全額支給

・運転手当(1,500円)

・宿直手当(7,000円/回) ※月3回程度

・家族手当(配偶者1万4,000円、第3子までのお子様6,000円/人)

・特技手当(1,000円~6,000円)

・資格取得手当(資格内容に応じて)

給与例

  • モデル賃金(中途採用)

入社2年目(30歳)268,800円/月

(※モデル賃金条件:運転手当含む 宿直3回/月 時間外平均15H/月)
