- PDIセンター(RDC)の輸送管理業務を担当し(輸送進捗のフォロー、輸送中の状態監督、納期・品質管理を含む)、車両が安全かつ納期通りに顧客に引き渡されることを確保する。
- DMSシステムを活用したクレーム申請管理を行い、車両輸送中の損傷ワランティー処理を対応する。
5.上司から指示されたその他の業務を遂行する。
スキル要件
1、2年以上の物流・在庫管理経験(自動車業界経験者優先)
2、物流、サプライチェーンまたは関連専攻の本科学歴を持っている方
3、物流管理システムの熟練操作、中上級レベルのExcelスキル及び高いデータ分析能力を持つ
4、優れた問題解決能力を有し、複雑な物流課題を効率的に解決できること
5、積極的かつ結果重視の姿勢、「私ならできる」という前向きなマインドセットを持つ

Responsibilities:
- Manage the warehousing operations at the Regional Distribution Center (RDC), including customs clearance, PDI operations, inventory counts, in-vehicle item management, and vehicle dispatch, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and meet business requirements.
- Oversee transportation operations at the RDC, including tracking shipment progress, monitoring transit status, controlling delivery timeliness and quality, and ensuring vehicles are delivered safely and on time to customers.
- Manage claim applications through the DMS system and coordinate handling of damage claims arising during vehicle transportation.
- Collect, verify, and analyze operational data from partners; review and optimize on-site management systems and operational standards to drive continuous process improvement.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in logistics management systems, advanced Excel skills, and strong data analysis capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex logistics issues
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong "I can do" attitude
