仕事内容
大手コンビニエンスストアチェーンの出店担当者と
二人三脚で出店場所の選定から店舗出店までを担当します。
情報収集と出店への提案が主な業務内容です。
具体的には
- コンビニチェーン担当者との打ち合わせ
- 出店候補地の情報収集
- 地権者様との出店交渉
- 出店・店舗建設にあたり官公庁との打ち合わせ等
上記以外に官公庁の施設などの建設工事(新築工事・改装工事)に
関わる営業業務です。

勤務時間 8:00ー17:00(内休憩1時間)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 25万円 〜 38万2000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり11時間 〜 15時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
