What your background should look like:
車載用コネクタ製品(高電圧・大電流)の開発・設計業務。
・ 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
・ 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作~量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
・ コネクタなどの関連接続部品の構造提案
・ サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
・ 国内外顧客、姉妹拠点及び社内関係部門からの依頼に基づく技術支援および指導
〔開発製品の適用先一例〕
エンジン制御/バッテリー制御、自動運転システム/安全運転支援システム/その他各種電装機能制御
・ 学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻:理工系学部
・ 語学:日本語 - ビジネスレベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語または中国語でコミュニケーションができる方歓迎
※現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば入社後の向上で挽回できます。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)
・ 業界を問わず、機械/機構設計・開発に関して3年以上の実務経験並びに関連知識
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方(概念的/論理的思考力)
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢、自己管理能力
・ 中国語でコミュニケーションができる方大歓迎
・ コネクタ製品(高電圧高周波など)の設計/開発経験
・ 3D CADによる設計経験
・ 顧客やサプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整経験
・ CAEによる解析の経験
・製品開発部門における改善活動経験
