「PROACTIVE」をご利用頂いているユーザ企業(複数社)に対する保守サービス全般(日常業務の問合せ対応やアドオン開発、周辺システムとの連携に関する問合せ対応、データ調査などの多岐にわたる業務)をスキルや経験に応じて、サービスマネージャもしくはチームのメンバーとして担当頂きます。

◎開発環境/商材の説明

■自社製ERPである「PROACTIVE」の保守サービスやカスタマイズ開発(要件定義・設計・テスト等)、グループ会社やサブシステムの導入支援作業等(DB:Oracle、MySQL、SQLServer)

■特定顧客に対する中長期的な営業戦略の立案、実行(アカウントプラン)

■社内外のサービスやソリューションを活用したアカウント営業(既存顧客への営業全般)

■会計/販売/購買など企業の基幹業務に関する業務知識を有し、ITシステムに興味/理解のある方 または、

■システム導入や改善の要件整理/ユーザー対応の経験をお持ちの方 または、

■Java、Oracle、Mysqlいずれかを活用した開発/保守経験

□会計/販売/購買の領域のパッケージソフト・クラウドシステムの導入/開発/サポート及びサービスマネージャ経験

【給与】

600万円~800万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
