仕事内容:

【PARTY DRESS STYLE】結婚式のお呼ばれや、謝恩会、食事会、顔合わせなどで着ていくドレス・ワンピースのレンタルショップです。完全予約制で、お客様が自由に試着可能なお店となります。お客様への営業接客は一切ありません(ノルマなどもありません)お客様がスムーズにご利用できるよう、ご案内をお願いします。

【お仕事内容】

《店舗業務》

・受付業務、お会計

・返却商品確認作業

・クリーニング戻り商品品出し

・商品メンテナンス、修繕作業

・簡単なPC入力作業、更新作業

《その他管理業務》

シフト管理、売上管理、アルバイト指導など店舗管理。

主に店舗勤務ですが、本社にて情報共有や在庫管理、ミーティングなども行います。

各店舗のサポートや、新たなサービスの開始準備など、店舗の状況を把握し現場への指示をお願いします。渋谷店を中心に都内の店舗(池袋店・銀座店)を担当して頂きます。(※地方店舗への転勤はありません)

店長経験や、マネージメント経験がある方大歓迎です♪

店長経験が無い方でも問題ありません。

まずは店舗の業務から覚えて頂き、少しずつ慣れて頂ければと思います。

明るく元気にお客様対応ができる方、お待ちしております♪

アピールポイント:

店舗で取り扱う商品は、結婚式や謝恩会などのパーティ用のドレスワンピース、バッグ、アクセサリーなどです。洋服が好きな方に最適です♪

お客様とマンツーマンで商品をご紹介するような接客はありませんので、ノルマも一切ありません接客経験があり、明るくお客様対応ができればOKです。

都内の店舗を担当して頂きます。(※地方店舗への転勤はありません)

・年間休日120日以上祝日分は代休で取得

・残業なし

・店舗も本社も駅チカで通勤もラク♪

・産休・育休制度あり

・私服通勤(店舗業務ではお店の商品を着用)※費用はかかりません。

髪型自由(奇抜な色味は不可)、ネイルOK

勤務時間・曜日:

【正社員】完全週休2日制(火曜・水曜定休)

・平日:11:00-20:00

・土日・祝日:10:00-19:00

◎店舗の営業時間に合わせて勤務になります。

※休憩1時間(実働8時間)

※年間休日120日以上

※年末年始休業

※祝日休暇は平日で代休取得
