生産・製造技術エンジニアの役割:
- 新製品プログラムチームの一員として、新製品の初号機製造から量産立ち上げのリード
- 品質改善のためのLeanやAI技術も取り入れた設備や原材料のデータ分析、それに基づいた生産ラインの改善
- クロスファンクショナルチームにて、安定した品質でコスト低くお客様に製品を届けることを目標にしたライン設計や設備サポート
お客様の期待する納期にこたえるために、部品調達、効率の良い生産計画等の立案、製造現場との調整をリード
