ーーーーーKey Responsibilities
ーーーーー

  • Partner with site leadership, the People Experience team (HR), and global peers to assess needs, align goals, and co-create solutions
  • Design and lead high-impact learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our manufacturing and technical workforce
  • Facilitate both live and virtual learning programs across all levels of the organization for teams in Japan, Asia, and globally
  • Help localize programming and share regional insights to inform broader strategy, planning, and execution
  • Own the full program lifecycle: needs assessment, stakeholder alignment, content creation, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Support broader strategic initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and capability building in line with Global Operations priorities

応募条件

■Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development, with a passion for people and a commitment to fostering growth, engagement, and capability
  • Proven ability to independently design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong facilitation skills (in-person and virtual), with an ability to engage diverse audiences across levels and cultures
  • Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English; able to convey ideas clearly and effectively across global teams
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills, with strong time management, attention to detail, and a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment while staying aligned with broader global team goals

■Preferred

  • Experience working in a global manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment
  • Certification or facilitation experience with individual learning assessments or licensed programming
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, authoring tools, survey tools)
  • Coaching certification or experience applying coaching methodologies in a corporate environment
