- リリー製品に対する顧客ニーズを理解し、会社の製品戦略に沿ったメディカルインフォメーションの計画を策定して実行する。
- 新薬上市時に顧客へ提供されるメディカルインフォメーション資材を作成し、上市後はそれらの資材を顧客ニーズや最新の情報を基に更新する。
- リリー製品に関する社内外顧客からの自発的な問い合わせに対応するとともに、顧客にとって最も適切なチャネルでメディカルインフォメーションを提供する。
