入社後は点呼・車両点検の基礎から接客マナー、ルートのコツまで段階的にレクチャー。先輩が同乗してフォローするので「大型バスは初めて」という方も着実にスキルアップできます

企業から近隣社宅、バス停までの退勤者送り(4運行)
※1運行の実車時間は約40分

16:00出社(16:30出庫)⇒(21:20帰庫)21:30退社
16:30 ~21:00
16:45~21:15
17:00~21:30
18:00~21:30
以上4系統をローテーションします。
泊まるバス停に大きな差異はありません。
