PMSモニターに求められるスキルは日々変化しており、IQVIAでは特にGCPトレーニングのメニューも加えたPMSモニターの育成に力を入れています。
日本のPMSは、グローバルの視点で見るとPhaseIVという位置付けであるため、GCP-likeな質とSafety managementができる能力が期待されています。
・GCP研修(e-learning、Face to Face、CRA認定試験、Oncology専門CRA認定)
・CRA同行OJT
・GVP/GPSP等関連法規に対する研修 (導入研修、継続研修)
・リアルワールドデータ利活用も含めた環境動向
・コンプライアンス研修 他
品川/大阪/福岡
・以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
PMSモニター、またはCRA 経験1年以上
CRC 、またはMR、 またはMS(MR認定保有者に限る) 経験2年以上
・英語を使用する業務に前向きに取り組める方(入社時点の英語レベルは問いません)
・Oncology経験
・大学病院/基幹病院担当経験
・英語でのコミュニケーション力(メール、文書作成、会議等)
