企業主導型保育園「保 育 所 ち び っ こ ラ ン ド 西 緑 丘 園」にて保育士業務全般をお願いいたします。

当園の特徴

・全国に50園以上を運営するLateral Kidsグループのグループ園です。

・豊中市の北部に位置しており、箕面市や池田市からも通勤可能もちろん、車通勤OK

・ネイティブの英語講師が常勤でも、日本語も流暢な方なので英語が話せなくても大丈夫です

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 16万5000円 〜 19万5000円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万2000円 〜 8万2000円

・昇給 年1回あり(能力により異なる)

・賞与 年3回あり(業績・能力により異なる 前年度実績 年2回 計2ヶ月分)

・退職金制度(2021年4月より導入/勤続5年以上)

交通費支給|上限月17,000円 ※車通勤の場合は自宅園の距離が2km以上~支給
