仕事内容


当社では相模原市内(中央区・南区)を中心に訪問介護事業を行っています。

訪問介護未経験からスタートのスタッフも多数活躍中。

仕事の流れや注意点などは一から教えるので未経験の方も安心してスタート可能です。

※だいたい1日5~6件、ご利用者様のご自宅に訪問します。(スケジュールにより直行直帰有り)

※基本的には決まった曜日・決まった時間に訪問するので慣れれば安定して働けます。

<フォロー体制もばっちり>

未経験の方には、単独での仕事ってちょっと不安って思う方もいると思いますが

入社後は、いきなり一人で訪問するのではなく、先輩スタッフの同行を行いながら

徐々に引き継いでいくので安心してください。

また、当社ではいつでも電話やメールで連絡できる体制に加え、

月に1回の会議も行っているので、悩み事や不安な事など相談し易い環境です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 24万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【所持資格に応じて給与UP】

・初任者研修修了者…月給240,000円~

・実務者研修修了者…月給250,000円~

・介護福祉士資格所持者…月給260,000円~

※その他、経験・能力に応じ給与決定します。

※想定年収は1年間在籍した際に支給される金額の一例です。

40代・50代を中心に現在社員4名・パート4名の計8名のスタッフが活躍中夜勤なし&土日休み&基本的には決まった曜日・時間に決まったお宅へ訪問するので安定勤務可能。約半数の方が訪問未経験から勤務スタート。一から教えるので安心ですよ。
