仕事内容


建設機械に使用される部品の購買・発注事務をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・板金・艤装品などの部品発注業務

・指定仕様に基づく発注内容の確認

・納期管理、取引先との連絡・調整

・電話対応などの付随する事務業務

業務に慣れてきたら、

複数のサプライヤーを担当していただく予定です。

※基本は事務所内でのデスクワークですが、

資材確認などで工場内へ入る場合があります。

※現場作業はほとんどありません。

資格


・事務職としての実務経験がある方(必須)

・PCの基本操作ができる方

・Excelの基礎関数

(SUM/IF/VLOOKUP など)が使える方

・調達/購買業務の実務経験がある方

【日勤】8:00~17:10

※実働時間:8時間(休憩70分)

休日


・土日(会社カレンダーによる)

給与


時給 1400円~1890円

交通費:交通費支給

1日支給上限:1000円

月額支給上限:20000円

給与例


時給1400円×8h×22日=月収24万円以上可能

※残業:月平均20時間程度
