Our Career Accelerator Program (CAP) provides professional and technical training, accelerating your ramp into TI and setting you up for long-term career success. You will participate in function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities from day one, solving problems through hands-on experiences.

TI's FAST program prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers with technical skills and business perspectives. The 7-month experience includes three rotations:

Rotation 1: Field Sales Office

You will partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win every possible customer opportunity, leveraging our virtual account system to learn how to find, define, and win opportunities in real-time and simulated environments.

Rotation 2: Sales Operations

This rotation focuses on pricing models, supply chain functions, price negotiation, and an overview of pricing guidelines, laws, procedures, and tools.

Rotation 3: Product Marketing

This rotation helps you understand product life cycles, roadmap development, marketing approaches, and ways to collaborate with product marketing to win at the customer.

Upon completion of this track, participants are welcomed as Technical Sales Representatives on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team. Responsibilities include:

  • Using technical expertise, sales tools, and engineering teams to identify projects
  • Managing leads, quantifying commercial aspects of customer relationships, and developing annual plans for revenue growth

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and oral communication skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
