Responsibilities
  • Doing Shift Leader and/or Supervisor's directions
  • Work on the new task after the specific training under Shift Leader or the certified Process Owner's supervision
  • With the full certification of the particular task, Process Owner allow to work and own the task, but must follow all procedures always. 
  • Keep communicate with Shift Leader and/or Supervisor any concern or uncertainty to obtain the consultation and doing their directions
  • Join in process and equipment improvement activities, but not make any change without supervisor or Shift Leader's approval
  • Document and file all required records and measure the performance of the work
  • Support and enroll the certain safety and environmental activities to make safer work environment
  • シフトリーダ及びスーパーバイザーの指示を実行する
  • シフトリーダまたは認められたプロセス・オーナーの監督のもと、必要とされるトレーニングを受けた後に新しい作業へ従事する
  • 特定の作業への認定を得た後は、作業規定に従い自ら責任を持って当該業務に従事することを許可される
  • シフトリーダ/スーパーバイザーと連絡を常にとり、懸案や判断に困る事柄は相談の上指示を仰ぎ、実行する
  • 製造プロセスや機器等の改善活動に参加する ただし、スーパーバイザーまたはシフトリーダの許可なく変更をしてはならない
  • 業務上要求される作業状況の測定や記録は、定められたとおりに記録し保管する
  • 安全な作業環境を作るため、安全衛生及び環境に関わる活動に参加及び支援する
Qualifications
  • Interpersonal and basically communication skills
  • Rule and manner necessary in workplace
  • Able to learn skills and knowledge necessary to manufacturing process
  • PC basic Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and input some data
  • 協調性と基本的なコミュニケーション・スキル
  • 社会人としてのルール・マナーを理解している
  • 業務に必要なスキルや知識を真剣に学ぶ姿勢を持っている
  • PCの初級知識 Excel, Word 及び PowerPointの入力が可能
