募集要項


仕事内容

住宅型有料老人ホーム内での介護業務です。

※併設訪問介護

【具体的には】

・入居者の見回り

・昼食や夕食準備、食事介助

・口腔ケア

・入浴、排泄介助

・レクリエーションや業務記録の作成

・おやつの準備 等

2019年8月開所の新しい施設です。

定員25名に対して、日勤帯は5人前後の介護職で対応しています。

その他、看護職が4人前後勤務しています。

現在夜勤帯は介護1人・看護1人ですが、介護職員を増員する計画です。

※初めは不慣れなところもあると思いますが、マニュアル・研修があるので安心です

240,000円〜300,000円

内訳

・基本給:20万円(入社後半年経過で基本給が別途2万円アップ)

・資格手当:1万円(介護福祉士の場合)

・皆勤手当:1万円

その他手当

・年末年始手当(12/29~1/3):5,000円/回

・会議手当:3,000円/回

年収例

・340万円(入社後2年目)
