公共性の高いWebアプリケーションを、バックエンドから支える仕事です。

当社では、官公庁・大学などを中心とした

自社開発のWebアプリケーションを手がけています。

すべて社内で完結するプロジェクトのため、

客先常駐・出向・派遣業務は一切ありません。

入社後は、既存の自社Webアプリケーションを対象に、

PHPやSQLを用いたカスタマイズ・改修業務からスタートしていただきます。

扱う技術自体は決して派手なものではありませんが、

実務経験のある方であれば無理なくキャッチアップできる内容です。

一つ一つの処理を丁寧に積み上げていく開発が中心となります。

業務に慣れてきた後は、スキルや希望に応じて

**新規案件の設計フェーズ(要件整理・上流工程)**にも携わっていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

・クライアントとの要件整理、仕様策定

・基本設計/詳細設計などの上流工程

・PHPを用いたバックエンド開発

・Webアプリケーションの運用・保守、改善対応

※バックエンド開発を軸とした業務となります。

必要に応じて、フォームの挙動調整などのJavaScriptに触れることはありますが、

社内にはデザイン・フロントエンドを担当するチームが在籍しており、

役割分担をしながら開発を進めています。

※PHP未経験の場合でも、

Java / Ruby / Python など他言語でのバックエンド開発経験があれば歓迎します。

・PHPでの開発実務経験(目安:1年以上)

・Webアプリケーションの設計・開発に携わった経験

・JavaScript(簡単な動的処理の経験)

・Linuxサーバーの基本的な操作経験

当社では、Web事業を軸に、さまざまな自社システムサービスの開発・提供を行っています。

ホームページ制作にとどまらず、CMSを活用した更新性の高いWebサイトや、

参加登録(決済機能付き)・オンデマンド配信サービス・QRコードによる参加受付システムなど、

学会運営やイベント運営を支えるWebシステムを自社で開発しています。

近年では、学会運営を支援するための演題登録システムをはじめ、

参加登録から決済、当日の受付、オンデマンド配信までを一貫して管理できる仕組みを構築し、

学会運営事務局を中心にご利用いただいています。

案件ごとに要件を整理し、オーダーメイドで開発するWebアプリケーションを通じて、

お客様の業務効率化と運営負担の軽減を支援しています。

【必須条件】

・高卒以上

・Web系バックエンド開発言語(PHPなど)の学習経験がある方

(スクール・職業訓練校・独学など)

【歓迎条件】

・PHPでの開発実務経験(目安:1年以上)

・Webアプリケーションの設計・開発に携わった経験

本ポジションでは、実務経験をお持ちの方を歓迎しています。

一方で、最新フレームワークの経験や高度な専門知識は必須ではありません。

バックエンド開発の基礎を理解しており、

実働時間:1日あたり7時間25分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 21日

  • 勤務時間

8:45〜17:30(実働7時間25分/休憩1時間20分)

※固定残業代として30時間分の手当を支給していますが、

実際の残業時間は月平均10時間以内と少なめです。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 16万5000円 〜 23万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万5000円 〜 6万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

※支給額:200,000円〜1,000,000円(会社業績および個人評価により決定)

落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、実務未経験からスタートしたメンバーも活躍しています。
