仕事内容:
お客様に心地よい時間を提供するカフェスタッフとして、一緒に働きませんか?
◆ホールスタッフ
- お客様のオーダーを取り、料理やドリンクを運ぶお仕事です。
- ドリンクの作成やスイーツの盛り付けもお任せします。
- 煎茶を淹れたり、抹茶を点てたりといった日本茶カフェならではの体験ができます。
- お茶の知識ゼロから始めたスタッフも多数在籍しているので、安心してスタートできます。
◆キッチンスタッフ
- 仕込みから調理、盛り付けまで、キッチン業務全般をお任せします。
- カフェメニューの調理や新メニューの考案にも関われるチャンス
- 調理経験がある方はもちろん、未経験でも料理が好きな方なら大歓迎です
- バーガーバンズも自家製なので、パンも焼けるようになります
アピールポイント:
- お湯の温度や抽出時間にこだわり、丁寧に淹れた煎茶や、茶筅で点てる抹茶、自家製ほうじ茶バンズのハンバーガーなど、OwLならではの特別なメニューを提供しています。
- かわいらしいお茶のパッケージは、ギフト用にも大変喜ばれています。
- 日本茶の知識は、働きながら自然と身に付くので、未経験からスタートしたスタッフも少しずつスキルを習得しています。

11:00~21:00
【シフト例】
- 平日ランチ:
【11:00~15:00 or 16:00、12:00~16:00 or 17:00 など】
- 平日ディナー:
【17:00 or 18:00 ~LAST(22:00前後が多いです)】
- 土日ランチ:
【11:00~16:00 or 17:00、12:00~17:00 or 18:00 など】
- 土日ディナー:
【17:00 or 18:00~LAST(22:00前後が多いです)】
*勤務時間は時期や曜日によって前後する場合があります。学校やお子様のお迎えなどの理由による時間の制限がある場合は、ご相談ください
*シフトは1ヶ月毎に希望日を提出(毎月15日頃にシフトを提出していただき、20日頃に翌月のシフトが完成します)。
*定休日は水曜日です。
