この多岐にわたる楽天グループのビジネスに対して、Global Ad Technology統括部は、広告・マーケティングに関するサービス・システム開発について、このドメインのスペシャリストとして横断的に担っています。
部署・サービスについて
主にこのAd Product Development部及びProduct Management課は、楽天グループ広告ビジネスにおける店舗・施設様、国内外で事業を展開する大手企業、外資系企業様向けの広告プロダクトの企画・開発・運用をミッションとしています。
各事業担当者、および他のプラットフォームの開発チームと連携しながら、大規模なシステム開発における環境整備や業務サポートの経験を積むことができます。
また、日本のみならず、シンガポール、インド、中国との拠点と連携し、国籍も様々なメンバーと働くため、様々なシステム開発、保守運用のやり方や考えについても触れることが出来ます。
このチームでは、国内外で事業を展開する大手企業、外資系企業様向けの広告プロダクトにおける営業支援・販売管理システムを開発・保守運用し、楽天グループの広告ビジネスの成長をIT技術面から支えています。直接的なシステムの開発だけでなく、場合によっては業務フローの整理、見直しの提案等も各事業担当者のキーパーソンに対して行います。日本と中国拠点で開発・保守運用を担当しており、最近ではコーディングにAIを利用するなど、新しい技術も取り入れながら、業務の生産性向上を図っています。

楽天グループ広告ビジネスとしての売り上げ金額・規模も大きくなり、よりガバナンスの強化、および広告営業支援・販売管理システムを利用しての社内ユーザーの生産性向上を高めることが重要になっています。
社内ユーザーも複数部署にまたがり、各々システムの利用業務や目的が異なっている為、日々の保守運用では局所的な視点のものが多い中で、広告営業支援・販売管理システム全体としての俯瞰的な視点を持ち、課題定義および解決を主体的に行う姿勢が、開発チームにも求められています。
そのような環境において、AIなどの最新技術を用いながら社内ユーザー向けの広告営業支援・販売管理システムの開発、運用を行うシニアソフトウェアエンジニアを募集いたします。
業務内容
・広告販売管理システムにおける技術課題定義、解決計画立案および実行
・アーキテクトや関連部署と協力し、パフォーマンス改善、スケーラビリティ向上、セキュリティ対策に関する調査・分析・検証・解決を行う
・技術的な負債の解消
・広告販売管理システムの保守運用業務
・開発チーム(国内外)との連携、進捗管理、品質管理
・ベンダーコントロール
・担当システムおよび周辺利用ツールへのAI導入の企画・推進
・AI導入企画立案、PoC実施、AIモデル評価・改善、AI導入プロジェクト推進、AI導入後の効果測定など
必須要件:
・Javaでの開発経験
・6年以上のWebアプリケーションおよびWebサービス開発経験
・2年以上のシステム保守・運用の業務経験
・クラウドシステムに関する知識・経験
・CI/CDパイプラインおよび関連ツール(Git、Jenkinsなど)の使用経験
・小規模チーム(3〜5名)のチームマネジメント経験
歓迎要件:
・2年以上のCRM(Salesforceなど)または販売管理システムの開発・設計経験(標準機能およびカスタマイズ)
・1年以上のクラウドベースの統合プラットフォームを用いたシステム開発経験(複数システム間でのバッチ処理によるデータ連携を実現するもの)
・データベース設計またはデータ移行の経験
・インターネット広告に関するシステム開発あるいは業務知識
・AI導入開発の経験
