コンタクトセンター・オペレーターのポジションへの応募
このポジションでは、世界最大のモバイルアプリ・デジタルコンテンツプラットフォーム・グローバルなピア・ツー・ピア送金/非接触型決済サービスプラットフォームのユーザーからのトランザクションおよびトラブルシューティングの問い合わせ対応を担当します。
感情的なコミュニケーションへの対応、トラブルシューティングの専門知識、拒否反応に対するコントロール、口頭および書面の両方での優れたコミュニケーション能力が必要です。
コールセンターオペレーター として電話、チャット、電子メールでサポートを提供できる必要があり、日本語に堪能で正確である必要があります。
ポジションの役割
• 電話、チャット、電子メールのインバウンド・リクエストに対し、ユーザーにカスタマーサポートおよびテクニカルサポート を提供する
• ユーザーの問題を個別に特定し、トラブルシューティング、文書化、分類、複製し、複雑な問題は定義された手順に従ってエスカレーションする
• すべてのトップデバイスおよびデジタルストア製品に関する問い合わせに対応する
• 製品の保証および交換要求について処理する
• すべてのケースで解決までのプロセス全体を通じ責任を持って対応する
• バグ修正と新製品の機能強化を顧客に連絡する
• 契約上の指標とKPIを達成/遵守する
• 顧客の資格、保証、製品情報を検証する
• その場で解決できない技術的または非技術的な問題をレベル2にエスカレーションする
• 個別トレーニングが必要な場合はチームリーダーに報告する
• 顧客およびジェンパクトが定義したプロセス、手順、ポリシーを順守する
• 顧客の質問にタイムリーに対応し、期待通りまたは期待以上のコミュニケーション品質を維持する
• 上長に品質に関するフィードバックを確認する
• プロペFGFr診断手順を順守する
• 適切なエスカレーション手順を順守する
• 質問や提案を担当SME、上長、または顧客へ提出する 必要なスキル
• 日本語がネイティブであること
• コンタクトセンターのL1またはL2テクニカルサポートの経験があること
• キーボードのタイピング速度が速いこと
• 口頭と書面の両方で長文を要約できること
• Excel、Word、電子メールなどのコンピュータに関する基礎的知識があること

• 技術的な専門知識 - モバイル OS インターフェイス、接続性、アプリレベルの知識、Android と iOS に関する知識
• あくなき好奇心 – 現状に疑問を投げかけ、物事をより良くする方法を見つけ、調査および分析する能力
• 技術的な問題を個別またはチームで問題解決する能力
• 顧客共感力、顧客対応スキル、問題を切り出す能力
• 基本的な英語力(読み書き)
